摘　　要：目的比常规扩张器更为理想的修复颜面部小面积皮肤缺损的方法,即自制简易皮肤扩张器。方法自2004年1月至2007年11月,采用简易扩张器治疗18例,手术分两期,一期植入扩张器,二期取出扩张器,切除病灶修复皮肤。结果本组18例随访10个月至18个月,平均14个月效果满意。结论采用自制软组织扩张器修复颜面部缺损,可根据皮损需要制作相应容量的扩张器,比常规扩张器取得更好的修复。OBJECTIVE The method of repairing small facil faulty skin is betler than normal tissue expander.which is self-regulating simple expander. METHODS From January 2004 to November 2007 ,weour section used simple expander to cure 18 patients, the operation was dilivered into two phases ,one to implant the tissue expander;the other one to reme the tissue expander,cud disease-spots and repair skin.
