不同溶栓药物治疗犬脑栓塞时血浆u-PA变化的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察不同溶栓药物治疗犬脑栓塞后血浆尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(urokinase-type plasminogen activator,u-PA)的变化,及其与血管开通情况的关系。方法自体动脉血凝固后制备栓子,使用介入方法建立犬脑栓塞模型。栓塞后2小时,证实血管闭塞情况。不同药物溶栓后,观察血管开通情况及实验前后u-PA的变化。结果Pro-uk溶栓组6只中血管开通5只,UK溶栓组6只中开通2只,NS组5只中开通1只。Pro-uk组0h、2h、3h血浆u-PA的值分别为(0.933±0.259)ng/ml,)25.963±2.758)ng/ml,)8.160±2.299)ng/ml;0h与2h相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001;0h与3h比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);2h与3h比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。Pro-uk组2h、3h血浆u-PA高于UK组及NS,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论血浆u-PA在一定程度上反映了犬CE后纤溶系统的变化,血管开通率较高组血浆u-PA增高明显。犬CE后2h和Pro-uk、UK溶栓后2h均出现了血浆u-PA水平增高。Objective To study the change of plasma levels of urokinase-type plasminogen activator(u-PA) with the different thrombolytic drugs of Pro-UK and urokinase during treatment of cerebral thromboembolism(CE),and to evaluate the relationship between levels of u-PA and the rate of recanlization.Methods A canine CE model was established through interventional radiology method by injection of auto artery blood thrombus.2h after clot injection and verification of arterial occlusion.After treated with different drugs...
