摘　　要：分析了实验教学示范中心建设存在的不足,介绍了宁波大学通过贯彻以人为本的科学理念,采取改革实验教学体系、实施创新计划、管理信息化等特色建设和管理措施,确保示范中心建设的顺利开展和管理水平的提高。This paper analyzes the shortages of the experimental teaching demonstration center construction. In order to guarantee its construction and enhance the management level,the scientific idea based on human-oriented has been carried out,and some typical constructions and management measures such as reforming experimental teaching system,implementing innovation plan and informantionizing management have been adopted in Ningbo University.
