摘　　要：医患纠纷的产生有多方面的原因。在以构建和谐社会为时代主旋律的今天,医患关系的不和谐必然成为社会热点问题。处理不当的话,不但容易使社会大众对正在紧密进行的医疗卫生制度改革产生抵触情绪,而且对医院的自身发展也会带来多方面的不利影响。医院必须高度重视医患关系紧张的问题,多角度分析造成医患关系紧张的原因,对症下药解决这一难题。本文从会计学的角度对医患关系中医方和就医方产生的各类成本作一剖析,力图为医院解决医患纠纷提供多一条思路。There are a variety of reasons may lead to medical disputes.
