摘　　要：目的研究cyclinD1、P53蛋白在胰腺癌中的表达,阐明其与胰腺癌的相关性。方法采集临床胰腺癌患者标本,采用免疫组化SP法检测cyclinD1、P53蛋白表达水平,检测其与临床各项指标的关系。结果胰腺癌中cyclinD1的阳性表达率是70.85%,P53在胰腺癌中的阳性表达率为56.60%。结论cyclinD1可以作为早期诊断胰腺癌的生物学指标。而p53在胰腺癌的发生、发展过程中起重要的协同作用。Objective To study the expression rule of cyclinD1、P53 in pancreatic carcinoma, To explore the relationship between cyclinD1、P53 and pancreatic carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical detector with S-P method was used to detect the expressions of cyclinD1 and P53 in pancreatic carcinoma,.
