湖州市参保病人与非参保病人住院费用的比较分析

摘　　要：目的通过对参保病人与非参保病人的住院医疗费用进行比较,分析参保病人的费用特点并提出适当的费用控制办法。方法对湖州市某三级综合医院2006.8~2007.8的14141例参保和非参保住院患者的住院费用情况进行比较分析。结果参保病人的平均住院天数、平均住院费用、手术费用均明显高于非参保病人,两组之间均存在显著性统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论控制参保病人的药费和缩短住院日是目前医保部门控制医院住院费用的有效可行手段。Comparing the inpatients medical expense with or without medical insurance,analyzing the medical expense characteristic of insured inpatients and putting forward measures to control it.Methods 14141cases insured or uninsured inpatients in the tertiary hospital in Huzhou from Aug.2006 to Aug.2007 were enrolled in and analyzed.Results There exists significant differences between insured and uninsured inpatients in average length of stay,average hospitalization fees and operation fees(P<0.01).Conclusion Fo...
