摘　　要：按照功能导向,将轨道交通站点划分为居住型、中心型、枢纽型三种类型,确定站点的空间影响区,分析轨道交通站点对周边用地开发强度的影响作用。提出站点地区开发应遵循整体高密度土地使用,开发强度梯度递减的一般规律。同时考虑分类站点开发强度控制,针对三种类型站点分别提出适宜的开发强度建议。According to different land use function rail transit stations are divided into three types:residential station,central station and transport hub station.It analyzes the land use intensity impact of rail transit on the station area.The general characteristic is high-density land use and reduced intensity from the station.It also puts forward rational land use intensity according to different type of stations.
