摘　　要：对国内外建设市场主体资质管理模式进行分析,得出了适合我国国情的主体资质管理模式。分析了加强建设市场主体资质管理的重要性,介绍了国内外建设市场主体(业主、承包商、中介机构)资质的管理模式,对比了国内外的建设市场主体资质管理模式。结果表明,完善代建制、提高中介机构的服务水平、加强对中介机构的监管与资质管理,对规范建设市场秩序有积极意义。Explained the management modes of construction market subjects qualification at home and abroad, and got management mode of construction market subjects fitting the situation of our country.
