摘　　要：学科的成长和发展,实质上是学科人力资本、物质资本以及社会资本的增长。资源是物质资本、人力资本与社会资本的集中体现,平台驱动、项目任务拉动、社会服务反哺是学科吸附资源的三种类型,也是推动学科成长和发展的一种重要模式。The growth and development of disciplines actually is the growth of human capital,material capital and social capital.Resources are concentrated reflection of them.Platforms driving,items leading and feedback of social service are three types of disciplines resources absorbed which are also a vital model to accelerate the growth and development of the disciplines.
