摘　　要：学科的公共性是大学公共性的核心体现,我国学科功能的缺失是导致我国大学公共性丧失的重要原因。以学科为核心构建大学的公共性必须创新大学组织制度,使学科成为大学治理结构的"权力中心",建立一种基于学科平台的协商性网络。Discipline s publicity is the important embodiment of publicity of universities.However,the functions of disciplines are always neglected,which resulted in the loss of publicity of Chinese universities.To reconstruct the publicity of universities centered on disciplines,we should reform the system of the university structure,making disciplines an important 'power center'and establish a deliberative net based on disciplines.
