中西医结合治疗梅尼埃病(脾虚痰浊中阻型)疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗梅尼埃病的疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为两组,对照组30例,使用5%～7%碳酸氢钠溶液100～200mL静脉点滴,口服盐酸地芬尼多片治疗,治疗组38例,加用自拟定眩汤加减治疗。治疗后评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.7%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,两组疗效有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗梅尼埃病优于西药治疗。Objective:Observation of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of Meniere s disease patients.
