摘　　要：医学和社会学是建构社区卫生服务的两个基本理论视角。在医学视角下,社区卫生服务是"卫生服务到社区"。在社会学视角下,社区卫生服务是"基于社区的卫生服务"。为了克服社区卫生服务缺乏社区认同和参与这个制约社区卫生服务发展的瓶颈问题,社区卫生服务应该加强社会学的研究。There two basic theory perspectives of constructing community health services.In the medical perspective,the community health service is " health services at community".In sociological perspective,the community health service is "community-based health services".In order to improve the population s identity with community health service which is the bottleneck of community health service development,we should strengthen the study of sociology in community health service field.
