摘　　要：信用评估是对评估对象的信用行为进行的审查评价活动,它有利于维护经济运行秩序、防范贷款风险、营造良好的市场信用环境。而目前我国存在的状况是信用评估机构的制度不完善和评估能力不足,各信贷机构的信贷资产质量恶化,贷款风险加大,文章介绍了几个主要的企业信用评估模型,并对它们进行了比较分析,希望能为我国的企业信用评估管理体系建设提供参考。Credit evaluation is to assess the object of the credit evaluation review of the conduct of activities,It is conducive to safeguarding economic order and to prevent loan risks,and create a favorable market environment for credit.But the present our country exists the condition is the credit evaluation organization system imperfect and appraisal ability is insufficient.All credit institution s credit property quality worsens,the risk of loan enlarges.This article introduced several main enterprise credit eva...
