摘　　要：控制技术是风力发电机组安全高效运行的关键。为了取得风力发电机组在额定风速以下运行时的最大功率,提出采用三个模糊控制器来实现双馈异步风力发电机组的变速恒频控制:模糊控制器A用于跟踪不同风速下发电机的最佳转速;模糊控制器B在低负载时调节发电机转子气隙磁通;模糊控制器C抵抗干扰,保证控制系统的鲁棒性。仿真和模拟试验结果表明了该方法的有效性。Automatic control is crucial to the efficiency and reliability of wind power generating systems.Three fuzzy controls are used for the wind power generator system of the variable-speed constant-frequency and the maximal wind energy capturing.Fuzzy-control A captures the fine rotate-speed of generator under the variable wind-speed condition,fuzzy-control B adjust air gap flux-density of generator in slightly load,and fuzzy-control C reduces the ripple and ensures the robustness of system.Simulation and examin...
