摘　　要：目的探讨反向双Z术在软腭裂及腭裂术后软腭穿孔修复中的临床应用价值。方法我科近5年应用反向双Z术修复软腭裂及腭裂术后软腭穿孔患儿共26例,男11例,女15例。结果术后患儿无1例发生并发症,患儿的语音得到了不同程度的改善。结论反向双Z术是目前较理想的软腭裂修复方法,具有良好的临床应用前景。Objective To explore the clinical application value of double opposing Z-plasty in repairing of cleft and fistula in soft palate.Methods We have repaired 26 patients with cleft and fistula in soft palate,using double opposing Z-plasty in past 5 year,including 11males and 15 females.Results All patients have healed successfully.Speech sound has been impoved with different degrees.Conclusion Now it is a good method to repair soft palate and fistula in soft palate with double opposing Z-plasty.It has good pers...
