摘　　要：笔者采用问卷调查、访谈等方式,对少数民族院校学生在英语学习中的不可控因素、可控因素、民族学生的语言特性、文化因素等进行了调研,并依据抽查结果分析了民族院校学生英语认知能力的特征及这种能力形成、发展的规律。Ethnic students are usually the learners knowing two or more than two different languages.How does the phenomenon influence the learners English cognitive abilities?
