硅油取出治疗硅油性青光眼的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨硅油性青光眼行硅油取出后眼压的控制情况。方法2006年6月~2007年3月收住的84例(84眼)硅油性青光眼患者,按照有无晶状体及有无硅油乳化情况分组,观察硅油取出手术前后的眼压、眼底等情况,并对相关数据进行统计学处理。结果硅油取出手术前后眼压的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后眼压的控制率为57.1%。其中,有晶体眼组和无晶体眼组术后眼压控制率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而硅油乳化组和未乳化组的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),多因素分析术后眼压控制不良的危险因素为硅油乳化和注入病程。结论多于半数的硅油性青光眼可以在硅油取出后恢复正常眼压。硅油未乳化者的成功率高于已乳化者。Objective To evaluate the effect of silicone oil removal on control of high intra-ocular pressure(IOP) of eyes after silicone oil injection.Methods 84 cases subjected to in-hospital treatments from June 2006 to March 2007 were grouped based on whether there was lens and silicon oil emulsification.Pre-operative and postoperative IOP and other conditions were compared.Results After silicone oil was removed,the intra-ocular pressure was controlled to normal in 48 cases(57.1%).There were no statistical differen...
