摘　　要：针对激光测速、雷达测速和地感线圈测速方式所存在的问题,依据运动目标检测理论中基于混合高斯分布模型的自适应背景消除算法和基于区域匹配跟踪理论,对高速公路运动车辆进行速度测量。通过试验仿真结果表明该算法和理论能同时实现多台车辆的跟踪,在监视区域内不丢失目标,能控制测速精度,将速度误差控制在要求范围之内。In allusion to the existing problems of the laser speed measuring,the radar speed measuring and the ring type coil speed measuring manners,according to the adaptive background elimination algorithms based on the theory of mixed Gaussian distribution model and match on the regional track theory in detecting moving targets,movement of vehicles on highways Velocity measurements.
