摘　　要：胞嘧啶是一个非常重要的医药中间体,用来制备抗病毒和抗肿瘤等药物。胞嘧啶合成方法主要包括官能团转化和Pinner合成,其中Pinner合成法中一步法是目前工业上应用最为广泛的方法。cytosine is an important pharmaceutical intermediate for production of the compound useful as an antiviral,anticancer drugs etc.The synthetic methods of cytosine comprises of Pinner reaction and functional group conversion.The Pinner method is the mostwidely used industrial one now.
