摘　　要：技术预见是进行前瞻性战略研究的一项社会系统工程,是选择那些能给经济社会带来最大化利益的研究领域与技术,进而对资源优化配置,并最终实现其经济社会利益最大化的工具。在美、日、德、英等技术比较发达的国家和地区已经广泛推广并取得显著效果。本文拟就技术预见对产业创新体系的作用机理和青岛家电产业创新系统的建设等问题进行粗浅的探讨。Technology foresight is a forward-looking strategy for the study of social engineering,it is a area of research and technology choice those who can maximize the benefits to economic social,then optimize the allocation of resources and culminate its action on economic social benefits as a tool.In the United States,Japan,Germany,Britain,and other of which technology more developed countries and regions,have widely been promoted and achieved remarkable results.This paper is to discuss the technology foresight ...
