中西药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效及护理观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨中西药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及护理。[方法]采用生理盐水100mL,思密达6g,地塞米松5mg,庆大霉素8万U,八味锡类散1g,云南白药0.5g配成灌肠液,每晚临睡前,以直肠滴入法灌入。选择细小导管以80滴/min速度滴入,保留2～4h,疗程15天。[结果]75例患者,显效47例,占62.7%,有效24例,占32%,稳定4例,占5.3%,总有效率达94.7%。[结论]应用中西药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎简便易行,疗效确切,值得推广。[Objective]To investigate the Chinese and Western medicines for treatment of ulcerative colitis retention enema efficacy and nursing.[Methods]Saline 100mL,smecta 6g,dexamethasone 5mg,gentamycin 80,000 units,Bawei Xileisan 1g,Yunnan Baiyao 0.5g pair liquid enema every night before go to bed to the rectum poured into the trickle-down method.Select a small catheter to 80 drops/min speed of the trickle-down to retain the 2～4h,treatment for 15 days.[Results]75 cases of patients were cured 47 cases,accounting for...
