摘　　要：介绍了高校个人所得税代扣代缴系统的一种设计方法,对高校教工的各种收入,采用适用的税率进行个人所得税的计算、统计、查询,同时系统提供了与其他系统(如黑龙江省事业单位工资管理软件)和银行管理系统的数据接口。系统采用c/s模式开发,工具采用powerbuilder6.0,数据库系统采用sybasesqlanywhere,提供了解决高校个人所得税代扣代缴问题的一种方法。The article intrucduces a design way of withholding individual income tax in current colleges and universities.For all kinds of income of college teachers,we adopt suitable tax rate to calculate,add up and inquiry.The system provide a data interface with other systems (for example:the wages management software of Heilongjiang province) and the bank management system.The system uses the c/s mode,the tool uses Power Builder 6.0,and the database system uses Sybase Sql anywhere 5.0.In conclusion:the problem of withholding individual income tax is solved in colleges and universities.
