摘　　要：通过对直肠癌根治术Miles、Dixon、Hartmann三种术式ICD-9-CM-3分类编码的研究,使广大编码人员了解查找直肠癌根治术编码的方法及注释。准确分类直肠癌根治术的各种不同术式,以利于临床及各方面检索的需要。Through research on classification of three operation type ICD-9-CM-3,Miles、Dixon、Hartmann,of radical operation of carcinoma of the rectum,let most classification personnel to know the method and annotation of looking up its code.It helps for retrieving for clinical and other aspects if we classify correctly the different operation type of radical operation of carcinoma of the rectum.
