摘　　要：颅内生殖细胞肿瘤是儿童及青少年中枢神经系统的常见肿瘤。近年来,该类肿瘤的治疗有不少研究进展,最重要的是强调综合治疗和按照病理类型的分组治疗。对生殖细胞肿瘤不同亚型的治疗进行分类别综述,并展望其发展前景。Intracranial germ cell tumors include germinoma,embryonal carcinoma,endodermal sinus tumor(also called yolk sac tumor),choriocarcinoma,teratoma(including mature teratoma,immature teratoma and teratoma with malignant transformation) and mixed germ cell tumor.The relative roles of surgical resection, radiotherapy,chemotherapy and gamma knife surgery in the management of patients with such lesions have remained controversial.We reviewed all the literatures about treatment and prognosis in the past ten years an...
