摘　　要：目的了解病案管理工作中存在的问题,制定相应的预防措施,预防医患纠纷,改善医患关系。方法对2007年出院病人复印病案情况,对病案管理的情况反映,进行统计分析。结果病案用于医保、保险、合作医疗报销的人数较多,由此暴露的问题较为突出,患者的不满情绪随时爆发,发生医患矛盾的几率较大。结论加强病案质量管理,预防医患纠纷,融洽医患关系,有利于提高医疗服务质量。Purpose In order to prevent the disputes of the patients and improve the doctor-patient relationship,it is very important to know the problems about the case management and make some measures.Method According to the use of the copying medical records in 2007,we make some analysis.Results It exposes many problems that the photocopying cases can be used for medical insurance,medical reimbursement of cooperation with many people.With the patients unsatisfaction at any time there is a greater risk of doctor-pa...
