历节与痛风病辨

摘　　要：通过对《金匮要略》中历节病与朱丹溪所提出的"痛风"病的病因病机、临床症状、治疗等几个方面问题的对比分析,来找出历节与痛风的异同,认为痛风的病因病机为血虚有热,兼挟之邪,在痛风的治疗上,提出清热活血,这与张仲景所提出的"历节"是有区别的,文献通过对这几个关键问题的论述,为中医临床的辨证治疗,提供可借鉴的内容。In this paper,it mainly comparares pathogenesis,clinical symptoms,treatment of the Golden Chamber partially with the 'gout' disease put forward by Zhu Danxi in order to identify the similarities and differences of the lijie with gout.It thinks that the pathogenesis of gout is a blood deficiency and heat.In the treatment of gout,it put forward promoting heat and making blood circulation which is difference with' lijie' put forward by Zhang Zhongjing.It can provide references for clinical discriminate treatme...
