参芪扶正注射液对气阴两虚型晚期恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪扶正注射液对气阴两虚型晚期恶性肿瘤患者的临床疗效。方法:84例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在一般支持治疗基础上加用参芪扶正注射液250mL静滴,每天1次,21天为1个周期,连用2个周期;对照组为一般支持治疗。结果:治疗组的生活质量提高率和临床症状改善率均优于对照组(P<0.01)且无明显毒副作用。结论:参芪扶正注射液能较好地改善晚期恶性肿瘤患者生活质量。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and side effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection in the treatment of advanced cancer with syndrome of Qi and Yin Deficiency.Methods: 84 patients of advanced cancer with syndrome of Qi and Yin Deficiency were divided randomly into the treated group and the control group.The 42 patients of the treated group were given intravenous infusion of 250ml Shenqi Fuzheng injection per day for twenty-one days.while the 42 patients of the control group were treated with nutritional...
