摘　　要：在阐述构建集成化项目伙伴关系团队必要性的基础上,提出了项目伙伴关系团队业主主导性、成员动态性和信息交流复杂性的特点。同时,从合同角度,对非合同化与合同化伙伴关系中集成化项目伙伴关系团队的构建进行了分析。Based on the discussion of the necessity of constructing the integrated project partnering team in part-nering model, this paper puts forward the characteristics of the team: owner-dominating, member-dynamic and in-formation exchange complexity. Also, it analyzes the construction of integrated project partnering team in the non-contractual and contractual partnering model in view of the contract.
