摘　　要：为了实现对细胞图像的有效分割,提出了一种自适应的图像分割算法。该算法首先将整幅图像分为若干子块;然后计算每个子图像的梯度直方图,对每幅子图像进行Otsu分割;最后还考虑图像中噪声的影响,采用形态学噪声滤波器去噪。实验结果表明,该算法对细胞图像细节有很好的区分和分割,适用于背景与目标对比不是很明显并具有一定噪声的图像。The paper proposed an adaptive segmentation algorithm to segment the cell images efficiently.First,divided the whole image into several parts,then computed the grads histogram each parts and performed OTSU segmentation,at last,consi-dered the effect of yawp in the image and removed the yawp with morphologic yawp filter.The experimental results show that the algorithm can well differentiate and segmentate detail of the cell image,and applys to the image that unconspicuous between background and objects and b...
