热磨机蒸汽压力和磨盘主轴转数及压力对玉米秸秆纤维制备质量的影响

摘　　要：采用单因素实验研究的方法,分析研究了用热磨机制备玉米桔杆纤维时蒸汽压力,磨盘主轴和磨室压力与纤维筛分质值的关系。结果表明,蒸汽压力在0.70～0.85MPa、主轴转速890～1010rpm、磨室压力0.60～0.70Mpa时,纤维筛分值较高。Using single factor testing method to study the relations among steam pressure,main bearing of abrasive disk and screening value.The result shew that the steam pressure is 0.70～0.85Mpa,the revolution of main bearing is 890～1010rpm and the room pressure is 0.60～0.70Mpa,the screening value is higher.
