摘　　要：为了探讨临床颈侧淋巴结阴性(cN0)分化型甲状腺癌患者颈淋巴结合理的手术清除范围,回顾性分析47例cN0期分化型甲状腺癌患者行中央组淋巴结清除的临床资料。18例患者肿瘤侵及甲状腺包膜,29例肿瘤未浸润甲状腺包膜。47例患者均获随访,中位随访时间38个月。初步研究结果提示,中央组淋巴结清除术应用于cN0分化型甲状腺癌患者是安全可行的。The objective of this study was to discuss the extent of the lymph node dissection in differentiated thyroid carcinoma at the stage of cN0.Forty-seven patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma that had undergone lymph node dissection of central group were reviewed.The throid peploses were invaded by cancer cells in 18 cases and were not in 29 caces.Follow-up vistit was done in all the patients.The median time of follow-up was 38 months.The results reveal that the application of lymph node dissection of...
