摘　　要：目前我国畜禽产品加工的技术基本成熟,产量居世界前列,但是在副产品及废弃物的综合利用方面,仍然处在起步阶段,大力发展综合利用将成为发展的必然趋势。At present, China s livestock and poultry products processing technologies basically ripe, output ranked the highest in the world, but in the comprehensive utilization of waste and by-products, are still in the initial stage, vigorously develop the comprehensive utilization of the development will become an inevitable trend.
