摘　　要：目的:探讨根管充填质量与根管治疗疗效的关系。方法:选择已行根管治疗至少一年的牙,运用X线的长焦距平行投照技术摄根尖片,检查根管充填情况及根尖周组织健康状况。结果:调查239例患者的351颗根管治疗牙,成功率为81.2%。结论:根管充填质量对根管治疗疗效有显著性影响。Objective:To evaluate the relationship of quality of root canal obturation with root canal therapy(RCT).Methods:Teeth of RCT for 1 or more than 1 year were examined with periapical radiographs of paralleling technique for its apical periodontal status.Results:239 patients with a total of 351 endodontically treated teeth were recorded and analyzed.The success rate was 81.2%.Conclusion:The quality of root canal obturation may be play an importment role in influencing the outcome of root canal therapy.
