摘  要:目的优化黄芪在复方及单味药材中多糖的提取工艺。方法以多糖含量为评价指标,采用试验设计优选出复方多糖的提取工艺。结果复方多糖的较佳提取工艺为:第一次加6倍量水提取2h,第二次和第三次加4.5倍水提取1.5h。结论该工艺合理、可行,具有较好的经济效益。Objective To optimize extracting technology of polysaccharides for Huangqi Compound and its the single herb. Methods The conditions of the extraction process for polysaccharides of the compound prescription was screened with the yield of polysaccharides as marks by orthogonal experimental design.
