摘　　要："阅读疗法"是通过有指导地阅读图书,解决个人心理问题的一种心理疗法。当代大学生面临诸多心理问题,求助阅读疗法的人也日益增多。高校图书馆拥有大量图书资源,在开展阅读疗法中具有资源优势。图书馆须对大学生的阅读需求进行调查,提供合适的图书进行治疗。此外,图书馆还应通过深入研究、加强宣传等手段,将阅读疗法全面地开展起来。'Reading therapy'is a psychological treatment which solves people’s psychological problems by reading books under the guidance of librarians.Nowadays,plenty of college students are faced with some psychological problems,and the number of students turning to'reading therapy 'is on the rise.Since the college libraries possess great quantity of information resources,they hold great advantage in carrying out reading therapy.It is highly necessary for the libraries to do some researches on students’demands of re...
