摘　　要：目的:探讨肾癌组织中Livin和Smac蛋白表达的意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测49例肾癌组织、18例癌旁组织和15例正常肾组织中Livin和Smac蛋白的表达情况。结果:肾癌组织、癌旁组织和正常组织中Livin蛋白阳性表达率分别为69.3%(34/49)、33.3%(6/18)和0%(0/15),依次降低(P<0.01);Smac阳性表达率分别为55.1%(22/49)、83.3%(15/18)、100%(18/18),依次升高(P<0.01)。肾癌组织中Livin和Smac蛋白的表达成负相关(rs=-0.332,P<0.05)。结论:Livin和Smac可能是肾癌细胞凋亡信号传导网络中的重要环节。Aim:To explore the clinical significance of Livin and Smac expression in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) tissue.Methods:The expressions of Livin and Smac in 49 cases of RCC tissue,18 cases of para-carcinoma tissue and 15 cases of normal renal tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:The positive rate of Livin in RCC,para-carcinoma,normal renal tissue was 69.3%(34/49),33.3%(6/18) ,0%(0/15) ,respectively,and the positive rate of Smac in RCC,para-carcinoma,normal renal tissue was 55.1%(22/49),83.3%(15/1...
