摘　　要：针对多媒体资源库中图像斑点噪声产生的原因,本文提出一种新的斑点噪声抑制算法:将小波提升方案与Directionlet变换相结合,利用改进的小波软阈值算法对图像变换域进行局部去噪。仿真实验表明,该算法能够有效去除斑点噪声,较完整地保持图像中的边缘和理纹细节信息,取得了良好的视觉效果。A new speckle noise suppression algorithm is put forward in this paper for the image speckle noise generation in multimedia resources libraty.Combining the wavelet lifting program with the Direstionlet transform,first and them,the local denoising to image transform region is done using an improved wavelef soft threshold algorithm.A simulation experiment shows that this algorithm can remove the speckle noise effectively,maintain a more complete picture s edge and profile detail information and geta better vi...
