具有高分子量麦谷蛋白5+12亚基小麦新种质的创造及其特性研究

摘　　要：采用种间杂交 (硬粒小麦×普通小麦 )创造了具有高分子量麦谷蛋白 5+12亚基的小麦新种质 .利用Glu Dly位点特异引物对 5+12亚基新种质基因组DNA进行PCR扩增 ,结合SDS PAGE对该种质进行鉴定 ,5+12亚基在杂种后代的遗传规律因亲本类型不同而不同 ,5+12亚基新种质的沉降值、湿面筋含量、粉质图形成时间、稳定时间等品质指标显著优于其具有优质亚基 5+10的姊妹系 ,该种质遗传上纯合 ,具有多花多粒的优良农艺性状 .5+12亚基小麦新种质的创造 。A new wheat germplasm possessing high molecular weight glutenin subunits (HMW GS) 5+12 was developed by using interspecific cross ( T.durum Desf.×T.aestivum L.). It was identified that the genome DNA of this gerplasm contain 1Dy12gene by using PCR amplification with the specific primer of Glu Dly, and the results of SDS PAGE demonstrated that this new germplasm possessing HMW GS 5+12 at Glu D1 loci.
