网络文化与远程开放大学德育工作的变革

摘　　要：远程教育的网络化既给远程教育院校的发展带来了机遇,同时也对远程教育院校的德育提出了严峻挑战。正确认识网络文化的正向与负向功能,做好远程高等教育院校的德育工作,是摆在广大远程教育工作者面前的一个现实课题。作者立足于对网络文化及其对大学生思想影响的分析,着重探讨了远程开放大学德育工作的变革问题。作者认为,在互联网这一新的思想教育阵地,高校特别是远程开放大学要变被动防御为主动占领,积极开展网上正面宣传和正确信息的传播,充分发挥网络文化在德育和思想政治工作中的积极作用。For TV universities, the cyberalization of distance education brings about not only chances of developing but also challenges to moral education. Based on cyber culture and its influences on university students ideology, the article lays emphases on approaching the innovations of moral education in open distance universities.
