摘 要:从运动学、静力学的角度分析了转动摆杆机构的传动原理、各构件参数间相互关 系和受力情况,给出机构各参数的设计公式及摆杆最大摆角的确定方法。The rotor-swing-bar mechanism can bring a component into action in narrow and airtight space. Simple structure and convenience in manufacture and installation are its extreme characteristics. The motion relationship between the swing angle of swing-bar and other components and the equation to solve the angular velocity and angular acceleration of the swing-bar were deduced. As the size of the gap between the toggle-bar and the swing-fork determines the dynamic characteristics of the new mechanism, the author put forward two methods to eliminate the gap. In addition, the paper provides the design scheme of the length of the swing-bar fork and the toggle-bar,etc. The application in the autoclave of the drill-hole experimental platform of the China Oil University has proved the mechanism's good quality. The mechanism simplified the complexity of the experimental equipment and reduced the cost. Owing to its particularity, the new type of space transmission mechanism can be widely used in mechanical engineering.
