摘 要:利用扫描电镜研究了用硅青铜焊丝采用氩弧钎焊的方法焊接的铜与钢异种材料焊缝熔合区的形貌 ,并对其进行了元素面分布的分析。结果表明一方面铜基体与硅青铜焊丝进行熔焊 ;另一方面钢基体与硅青铜焊丝进行氩弧钎焊 ,铁以球状形式向焊缝中进行了大量的扩散 ,而铜向铁基母材中进行了少量的扩散 ,并形成了一条氩弧钎焊缝。作者认为该焊接方法可以很好地解决由于铁与铜的熔点、热导率、线胀系数差异较大 。The morphology of melted joint section of dissimilar material of Cu and steel soldered with silicon bronze wire by argon arc was studied by SEM,and the distribution of elements in the section was scanned.The results showed that the melting welding occurred between Cu and the silicon bronze wire,while the soldering occurred between steel and the silicon bronze wire;Fe element plentifully diffused into welding seam in the form of globosity,while Cu element diffused a little into steel and the soldering seam was formed.This paper thinks that this welding method can well solve the problem of bad weldability of Cu and steel caused by their different melting point,heat conductivity and linear expansion coefficient.
