摘 要:目的 :探讨大鼠噪声暴露不同时间后听力损失与血清中 4种金属元素间的关系。方法 :大鼠在 12 0dBSPL白噪声下暴露 1h、2h、3d、7d和 14d(2h/d) ,测定动物听阈并取血清 ,以原子吸收光度法测定大鼠血清铜、锌、铁和镁。结果 :实验显示 ,大鼠听力损失随暴露时间的延长而增大 ,而血清微量元素Cu、Zn、Fe呈下降趋势 ,常量元素Mg呈上升趋势。结论 :维持Cu、Zn、Fe、Mg在体内的稳定 ,对减少噪声性听力损失会有一定作用。Objective:The aim of the study is to expl ore the relationship between hearing los s and the 4 serum minerals in rats exposed to noise for different periods of tim e.Methods:60 rats were exposed to 120 dB SPL white noise f or 1 h, 2 h, 3 d, 7 d and 14 d (2 h/d)respectively. Hearing threshlod levels were measured then the rats were s acr ificed and the serum samples were collected for detection of copper, zinc, iron an d magnesium with Hitachi 180/80 Polarized Zeeman Atomic Absorption Spectrophotom eter. Results:The study showed that hearing loss in r ats was increased following extension of exposure, while the trace elements (copper, zinc and iron) in seru m tended to decrease, yet the major element magnesium had an increasing trend. C onclusion:Maintaining ideal concentrations of Cu, Zu, Fe and Mg in th e body might be beneficial to alleviation of hearing loss induced by noise.
