摘 要:目的 :观察 0 .7MPa氮氧混合气对大鼠脑电图及体感诱发电位的作用规律。方法 :脑电图记录用头皮针电极以双极导联连接 ;体感诱发电位记录的电极连接同脑电图 ,另外在左后肢外侧置入刺激电极。结果 :0 .7MPa氮氧混合气条件下大鼠行为变化不明显 ;大鼠脑电图频率变慢 ,振幅变化不明显 ;刺激大鼠左后肢的体感诱发电位变化P1变化不明显 ,N1变化明显 ,高压下普遍存在波形变宽或有切迹变化。结论 :0 .7MPa氮氧混合气可使大鼠轻度氮麻醉 ,大鼠氮麻醉时 ,脑电图和后肢体感诱发电位变化早于行为变化 ,脑电图的频率变化较振辐变化灵敏 ,体感诱发电位N1变化较P1变化灵敏。Objective:To observe the pattern of effects 0.7 MPa nitr ogen-oxygen gas mixture on electroencephalogram (EEG) and somatosensory evoked potential (SEP). Methods:EEG was recorded by two needle e le ctrodes punctured scalp with bipolar electrode lead; SEP was recorded with t he s ame electrode lead as EEG, in addition, stimulatory electrode was punctured left rear leg. Results:Under 0.7 MPa nitrogen-oxygen gas mixt ure, there were no great changes in the behavior of rats; the frequency of EEG w as decreased, but amplitude of EEG was not substantially varied; P1 of SEP from stimulating left rear leg was not substantially varied, but N1 was obviously var ied. The wave of SEP was broad or tangent under high pressure. Conclu sion:rats were seized with mild nitrogen narcosis when exposed to 0.7 MPa nitrogen-oxygen gas mixture. The variation of EEG and SEP took place earlier th an that of behavior. The frequency of EEG was more sensitive than that of amplit ude. N1 of SEP was more sensitive than P1 in nitrogen narcosis.
