摘 要:目的 :观察导弹发射时脉冲噪声对射手的影响。方法 :测量导弹发射时射手耳部脉冲噪声的峰值声压级。发射时 2名射手佩戴耳塞 ,测试发射前后射手的纯音听阈、血压、心率、心电图等的变化。结果 :射手位置脉冲噪声的峰值声压级在15 7~ 16 4dB之间 ,发射后受试者两耳各频率的暂时性听阈偏移均小于 5dB ,血压稳定 ,心电图、一般耳科检查未见异常 ,1名受试者心率无变化 ,另 1名受试者发射后即刻心率明显增加。结论 :射手佩戴护耳器能保证安全。Aim:To observe effects of impulse noise on shoot ers when launching missi le. Methods:To measure the peak sound pressure level of im pulse noise during mis sile firing. The 2 shooters all wore earplugs when launchings were made. Changes in pure-ton e audiogram, blood pressure, heart rate and electrocardiogram were measured befo r e and after launching. Results:The peak sound pressure lev el at the shooters' ea r ranged from 157 to 164 dB. After launching, temporary threshold shifts for eac h frequency were lower than 5dB, and abnormality was not seen in blood pressure, electrocardiogr am and general otological function. No changes in hear t rate were observed in one shooter, but the heart rate of the other shooter a pparently increased immediately after launching. Conclusion:The results showed t he wearing of earprotectors could protect shooter against impulse noise hearing damage during missile launching.
