摘　　要：VRML是一门新兴的三维世界描述语言，它可以与Web浏览器相结合，实现在Internet上建立三维虚拟世界。本文介绍了VRML的发展、特点及结构，并结合一个实际模型说明其应用。：VRML is a emerging develop describing language for 3-D world. Conjoining with Web browser, it can build 3-D model on the Internet to provide a fantastic feeling for network users to interact in the 3-D space. This paper introduces the developement, characteristics and structure of VRML, and briegly illustrates its application with a pratical model.
