血清TNF-α在糖尿病胰岛素抵抗及微血管病变中的变化

摘　　要：目的 :探讨糖尿病患者肿瘤坏死因子 - α(TNF- α)的变化及其临床意义。　方法 :血清 TNF- α检测采用生物素 -链霉亲合素 EL ISA方法检测。　结果 :2型糖尿病组及有微血管病变组的血清 TNF- α明显高于对照组和无微血管病变组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;糖尿病患者 TNF- α与血清甘油三酯 ,空腹胰岛素水平及糖化血红蛋白呈显著正相关 (P<0 .0 1 )。　结论 :TNF- α检测对 2型糖尿病的血脂紊乱。Objectives: This paper was conducted to study the changes in tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) and its clinial significance in the patients with diabetes mellitus.　 Methods：Serum TNF-α was detected by ELISA method. 　Results：The levels of TNF-α were significantly increased in type 2 diabetic patients and in the group with microangiopathy as compared with controls and in the group without microangiopathy(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the TNF-α level and triglyceride, insulin, HbA1c in the diabetic patients(P<0.01).　 Conclusions: It is suggested that TNF-α is related to lipid metabolic disorders, insulin resistance and microangiopathy.
