摘　　要：目的 :探讨滋养层抗原 (TA)对反复自然流产 (RSA )患者外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)增殖以及产生 IFN-γ、TNF-α的影响及意义。　方法 :通过淋巴细胞转化试验和酶联免疫吸附法 (EL ISA)测定了 2 5例 RSA患者 ,2 2例对照者外周血 PBMC经 TA诱导后的淋巴细胞转化率和培养细胞上清中的 IFN-γ和 TNF-α水平。同时对其中 7例经白细胞免疫治疗患者的 IFN -γ和 TNF-α水平进行了动态观察。　结果 :RSA患者淋巴细胞转化率和 IFN-γ、TNF-α水平显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。7例患者治疗后的 IFN-γ和 TNF-α水平明显低于治疗前。　结论 :RSA患者妊娠失败可能与其 PBMC对滋养层抗原的增殖反应和产生 IFN-γ、TNF-α增多有关。Objectives: To investigate the effect and the significance of trophoblast antigen on the proliferation and the production of IFN-γ and TNF-α of PBMC from patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.　 Methods: Peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 25 women with recurrent spontaneous abortion and 22 controls were separated and stimulated with trophoblast antigen. The specific proliferation rate of lymphocytes was evaluated by lymphocyte transformation test and the levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α in the supernatants were measured by ELISA. Meanwhile, the levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α before and after leukocyte immunotherapy were determined dynamically in 7 cases. 　Results: The rates of lymphocyte transformation and the levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α in women with RSA were significantly higher than those of controls. After the vaccination with leukocytes, the levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α in the aborters reduced significantly. 　 Conclusions: Trophoblast antigen-promotes proliferation and IFN-γ and TNF-α production from PBMC in RSA women, which may associated with failed gestation.
