摘　　要：高素质的人才需要高素质的教师培养,教师专业素质的研究将是新世纪十分重要的问题.本文拟站在新课程条件下,从教师职业道德、教学能力,教育科研能力等方面对现代体育教师应具备的专业素质进行研究的探讨,以满足新课程理念的要求,为更好完成体育教学提供理论依据.High quality talents need the trainings by high quality teachers. It is very important to study teachers?professional qualities in new century. With the new course idea and from the aspects of teachers?professional morals, teaching ability as well as the educational scientific research ability, we deliberate the professional qualities that modern P.E teachers should possess and offer theoretical grounds better fulfiling the teaching of P.E.
