摘　　要：目的:通过105例Replace种植系统修复患者一年追踪观察,讨论分析Replace短期临床应用结果及短期成功率。材料与方法:选择2006年12月-2007年12月于北京大学口腔医学院种植科就诊行种植修复一年以上的105例患者,共231枚种植体。评估种植修复后一年周围边缘骨吸收情况,观察种植修复临床效果,并调查患者修复后使用一年的满意度情况。结果:追踪到的这105例患者中没有种植体脱落。修复后一年边缘骨吸收平均mm。患者缺牙原因:56.8%为龋失牙,11.1%为牙周病缺失牙,14.8%为劈裂牙,12.3%为外伤缺失牙。一年患者咀嚼功能满意度为9.02。99.01%患者愿意再次选择种植修复。后牙修复后主诉最多为:食物嵌塞。结论:结果显示Replace种植系统一年成功率高,边缘骨吸收在低范围内,可预计长期效果好。同时对牙周病患者是较好的种植系统选择。Purpose:The aim of this retrospective study was to analyse bone level alterations in 1-year,and 1-year success rate.Material and methods:105 patients with a total 231Replace implants which were got restoration during 2006-12 to 2007-12 were included.By assessing the degree of radiographic marginal bone loss around the implants,we observed the clinical outcome and the contentment by the patients.Results:No implants were lost.The peri-implant bone loss after 1-year restoration showed a mean bone loss mm.The contentment by the patients is 9.02.The main complain after restoration was:food impact.Conclusion:The use of Replace system implants represents a successful procedure for the rehabilitation of partially and completely edentulous.
