口腔短种植体临床效果五-十年回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的:短种植体具有常规长度种植体所无法替代的优点,但其长期效果国内尚未见报道。本研究即通过评估短种植体修复后五至十年的临床效果,以探讨其临床应用价值。方法:1998年8月至2004年8月在北京大学口腔医学院种植中心共有49位患者植入短种植体共83枚。选取其中临床及X线片检查均满5年及以上共20位患者的38枚种植体,采用Zarb种植体成功标准及Wheeler存留标准评估短种植体的成功率及存留率。结果:38枚种植体中固定修复34枚,活动修复4枚,其中有1枚于种植修复7年后脱落,成功率和存留率分别为94.7%和97.4%。结论:短种植体5年成功率及存留率高,接近常规长度种植体,并可避免植骨手术,减轻病人的创伤及痛苦,修复后使用良好,患者满意度高,具有良好的临床应用价值。Introduction:The use of short implants offers a number of potential advantages if such utilization yields the same level of treatment success as the use of normal implants.The purpose of this study was to assess the success and retention ratio over time to investigate its value in clinic.Materials and methods:A total of 83 short implant were consecutively placed of 49 patients at Peking University School of Stomatology between aug 1998 and aug 2004.38 implant of 20 patients whose last return visit recorded more than 5 years were included in this study.The implant success and retention ratio were focused on.Result:Among these 38 short implants,34 implants were fixed restoration and 4 implants were removable restoration,and 1 implant failed 7 years after placement,success and retention ratio was 94.7% and 97.4%.Conclusion:The short implant demonstrate success and retention ratio under function comparable to those reported for normal implants.By using the short implant,patient can avoid the graft operation and alleviate sufferings.
